Returns Policy
We accept returns on full priced items for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a refund to original method provided the below conditions are met.
If you purchase your item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and you would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount you paid at the time of purchase provided the below conditions are met.
We will offer a full refund of the purchase price you paid if an item arrives with a manufacturing fault, however you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order, provide photographic evidence of the fault, and return the faulty item to us. Please note: We photograph and file photos against order numbers for all products shipped immediately prior to packing.
All items in our SALE section are final sale and cannot be returned.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order, to lodge a return request by email. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags, the hygiene liner must still be attached (where applicable), no odours (including perfumes) and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.
All returns (except those for faulty goods) will incur a restocking fee of NZ $12.00 which will be deducted from either the refund or store credit.
To request a return, please notify With Love Bean by emailing customerservice@withlovebean.com. Please ensure you include your Order # in the subject line.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item(s).

You must include your Packing Slip or confirmation of order email you received from with Love Bean, to ensure fast processing.
Please allow for up to 10 business days from when your return is received by With Love Bean for your store credit to be issued. With Love Bean is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning. Please ensure you track your return item.
